Franco Iaderosa is the face and driving force behind FinOptima. With over 30 years of experience in sales, consulting, and leadership development, he combines strategic vision, operational expertise, and a rare ability to guide people and organizations through meaningful transformation.

He previously held senior leadership roles – including CEO and Chairman of the Board – at renowned companies such as Harley-Davidson and in key positions within the financial sector. His international experience spans Zurich, London, and New York. Today, he draws on this multifaceted background to support companies in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria in building resilient sales structures, strengthening commercial performance, and cultivating a credible, sustainable leadership culture.

What sets him apart is his balance of analytical clarity and emotional intelligence. Whether facilitating workshops, coaching key individuals, or managing strategic change initiatives, Franco brings presence, empathy, and a strong results orientation. He has trained and mentored hundreds of professionals in sectors such as automotive, finance, insurance, retail, hospitality, and gastronomy – always with tailored, multilingual, and practice-based methods.

His approach is grounded in a solid academic foundation: a degree in business administration from the University of Bern, complemented by executive education at top-tier institutions such as IMD Lausanne, Kellogg School of Management (Chicago), and Harley- Davidson University (Michigan). He also holds certifications in leadership, coaching, NLP, mental health, and is a certified organizational developer and integrated financial consultant.

At FinOptima, he personally designs and delivers multilingual sales trainings, leadership coachings, and strategic development workshops. His strength lies in translating complexity into actionable solutions – and in accompanying individuals who are ready to make a difference with clarity, depth, and conviction.
