As head of front office, administration, client services, and training logistics, she ensures that our processes run smoothly and that every interaction feels both efficient and personal.
With a solid background as a trained bank clerk, she brings exceptional service orientation, a structured mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility. Before joining FinOptima, Pauline worked as a private client advisor at Sparkasse Pfaffenhofen, where she was named “Best Advisor of the Year” in 2023 – a testament to her skill and dedication.
