Pauline Hammerer is the first point of contact at FinOptima for clients, partners, and participants – professional, attentive, and always genuinely approachable. As head of front office, administration, client services, and training logistics, she ensures that our processes run smoothly and that every interaction feels both efficient and personal.

With a solid background as a trained bank clerk, she brings exceptional service orientation, a structured mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility. Before joining FinOptima, Pauline worked as a private client advisor at Sparkasse Pfaffenhofen, where she was named “Best Advisor of the Year” in 2023 – a testament to her skill and dedication.

She now applies these strengths within our organization: preparing training materials and spaces, supporting participants on-site and online, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a high-quality experience across all phases – from first contact to event execution. Her ability to make administrative processes both efficient and human is one of her defining traits.

Her banking background, experience in onboarding and mentoring young professionals, and sensitivity to audience-specific communication make her an essential pillar of FinOptima’s daily operations.
